Dream

One of the sweetest, easy to ride Draft crosses we have ever had in our program. Buckeyes Dream is truly a dream horse. He is a blue roan 2018 Percheron / quarter horse cross gelding standing 15.3 hands tall. He was started on a ranch where he did all the work any ranch horse would do. He checked fences, worked cattle, and was used to rope calves as well. He will canter nice balanced circles in both directions and knows his leads well. He came into our program and did not bat an eye at anything new that we showed him. He loves people, loves attention, and loves to learn new things. He has such a willing laid-back personality and is a lot of fun to ride and work with. He is very soft in the mouth and does not hang on his rider at all. He will easily pick his shoulder up and side pass in both directions with a nice bend to his whole body. He has seen a lot and will go anywhere that you ask him to go. He is great on the trail and will go out alone or does awesome in a group. You can ride him right off the farm or trailer him to your favorite place and he will come off the trailer without looking around and take you safely down the trail. He is a horse that does not need to be in a daily riding program for him to be the same every time you get him out. He can be ridden English, western and is a lot of fun to ride bareback too. He can be kept in a stall or out in the pasture as he does not have any bad habits. He will come right up to you in the pasture and look for you when you come down to the barn. He gets along with other horses well and does not look to be the boss horse. Dream is wearing shoes all around and does great for the farrier. He has wonderful barn manners and stands to be groomed and tacked up with no issues. Not only is this handsome boy wonderful to ride, but he is also very well trained to drive too. He can go single or double and is an easy horse for someone to learn how to drive with. Dream is a horse that can be enjoyed by any level of rider, no matter how young or experienced someone is, they will get along with him.
