This 2020 model, 15 hand AQHA gelding is the total package of pedigree, ability, and everyday usability. His breeding goes back to Hall of Fame $10 Million Sire Shining Spark and $28 Million Sire Peptoboonsmal — and you can feel that solid foundation every time you swing a leg over him. He is athletic, responsive, and smart, with the kind of mind that makes him enjoyable for real-life riding. Mario has been there and done that. He is ridden on state roads in traffic, out on miles of trails, up and down hills, through creeks, checking cows and fence lines — and he takes it all in stride. Nothing rattles him. He rides the same whether you are headed down the trail, checking cattle, or just taking a quiet evening stroll. In the arena, he is just as solid. He has been ridden both indoors and outdoors, picks up his leads, side passes, neck reins, and moves off your leg willingly. He has three smooth, comfortable gaits and a nice extended trot that covers ground with ease. He is soft in the bridle, easy to guide, and uncomplicated to ride.
