PR BUCKS MISTY ROAN
This is one of the nicest, most honest horses that we have ever had the pleasure of representing.PR BUCKS MISTY ROAN is a 2016 registered AQHA gelding that stands a solid 15 hands and is built like a tank. Montana, as we call him, has been through our program and has never disappointed us. He was always our first pick whenever a new rider would come to ride because we knew that we could trust them on montana and he would just take care of them. Montana has spent his time on the ranch doing all aspects of ranch work from checking fences, roping calves, and putting in a full day’s work without complaints. He has a great neck rein and is easy to ride no matter what level of rider you are. He has a smooth walk, jog and lope and keeps a great balanced circle in or out of the arena. We have hauled him all over the place and no matter where we go, he comes off the trailer and ties quietly to the trailer while you get ready to go out. Montana has been ridden by so many different riders and everyone gets along with him. Although he has not spent time in the show pen, he could easily go into the ranch riding and give you a great run. He has been on so many trail rides, to solo outings to very large group trail rides through very difficult terrain. He goes through water from creeks, rivers, and steps in the puddles without a worry. He goes over bridges and is easy going in traffic. We currently have shoes on him all around and he does great for the farrier and the vet. He has been kept outside and in a stall and never has any bad habits anywhere. He gets along with other horses well as he is not the herd boss but does not get picked on either. With his laid back personality we feel he will fit into any program and will be a joy no matter how often or how little you ride him as he always stays the same.
